Help Desk
The Help Desk, located at the TARI Office, is available to provide information about the service and to receive reports of service issues and complaints. Opening hours: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; Tuesday from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (excluding public holidays).
Used cooking oil collection
Used cooking oil should be disposed of in the designated street collection containers or taken to the Municipal Collection Centre

- We could obtain different items from the recycling of the cans
By recycling 37 cans, we get a 3-cup mocha; from 800 cans we get a city-bike, from 130 cans a scooter, from 640 cans a car rim.
- Uniforms made from recycled plastic are lighter and strongerr
The French, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish and Croatian uniforms for the 2012 European Football Championships were made of approximately 98% recycled PET, the same as plastic bottles, and are 23% lighter and 20% stronger than others.
- Tons of steel were recovered
In more than ten years, almost 3.000000 tons of steel have been recovered; the equivalent in weight of 300 Eiffel Tower!

Compost bin
A compost bin is a container designed for organic waste, which undergoes the natural process of aerobic decomposition while stored inside. You can request a compost bin at the Front Office by completing the appropriate application form.
